美国的入关程序和功课

下飞机前，填写好报关单(Customs Declaration)和I-94表：
1.
飞机上乘务员会给每人发两个表格，在下飞机之前要填好；
2.
表格有中文版和英文版。向乘务员要中文版的(Do you have a Chinese version I-94 form?)
3.
白色的是I-94表格，填的是你们的基本信息，比如姓名国籍地址等；入关时会被工作人员撕下来订在你们的护照里面；
4.
蓝色的是海关申报单，过海关时可能会被收走；主要陈明你们都带了什么东西在行李箱里，保证没有违禁物品；
5.
用大写英文字母填写表格；
6.
每个格子填写一个字母或数字；
7.
下面是我帮你们整理的信息，你们到时候照着抄就行；
8.
如果你们拿到的表跟我下面写的不一样，及时请空姐来帮忙，她们会协助你们填表；
9.
填错了，可以直接划掉重新在旁边写，也可以向乘务员再要一张；

入关：美国海关程序 U.S. Customs Process
1.
拿上随身行李，随着同一趟飞机的人流就会到达海关大厅；
2.
看头顶指示牌，有两种类型的入关口：U.S. citizens and permanent residents (美国公民及永久居民)；Foreign nationals（外国人）非美国公民Non US Citizens.。每一种都有若干入口和队列；
3.
在屏幕显示为Foreign nationals （外国人）的队列排队，我们到了美国就是外国人啦！可以找同班飞机的中国人，他们如果也是游客，就跟他们一起排队；
4.
入关的时候不能使用手机！！

关排队的时候把以下文件拿出来，放在手里：
1.
护照；
2.
白色的I-94卡；
3.
蓝色的海关申报单；
4.
《给海关的信》
5.
XJ的护照复印件、I-20复印件，等等，以防万一

海关面谈过程：
1.
先说：Sorry,I don’t speak English，《给海关的信》，护照，表格等其他材料给海关工作人员；
2.
工作人员会把I-94的下半部分撕下来订在护照上，再盖个章；
3.
如果有问题要问，他们也会找个懂中文的人来问，不要紧张；
4.
拿好你们所有的证件材料再离开；

取行李：
1.
顺利出关以后，先在附近找一个行李推车；
2.
从周围显示屏的屏幕上查找你们所乘航班的行李传送带所在区域；  一般会显示在航班号的后面，比如CA982, 5，就表示行李在5号传送带上。Baggage Claim行李认领。
3.
有问题可以询问一旁的中国人；

入境：
1.
拿到行李以后，随着人流往前走；
2.
可能会有工作人员，收走你们在飞机上填的蓝色的海关申报单；
3.
工作人员或许会询问你们行李中有没有违禁物品，身上携带了多少现金等等，到时候指一下下面这句话：   先说：Sorry,I don’t speak English. I don’t have anything to declare.  I am not carrying any meat, plants, or fruits. I have 200 dollars with me.抱歉，我不会说英语。我没有东西要申报，也没有携带肉类，植物，水果等。我随身携带了大概200美元左右的现金。
4.
然后你们就顺利进入美国啦！

美国停车规则和停车收费表自动交费方法---20页192楼

《驾驶员手册》里有如何停车。如：不准在行车道内停车，不准在十字路口附近停车，不准在消防栓旁停车，城市路边停车不准超时等等。

一、停车场所
美国城市的停车场所分路边与停车场两种。场所不同，收费也不一样，且差异很大。路边停车（公共场所）设有停车收费表或称停车计时器（咪表Parking Meter或Muni-Meters）。

二、停车收费
在美国停车收费取决于停车地点。公共场所由gov-ern-ment决定是否收费和收费标准；私人经营的停车库或停车场的收费遵循市场规律。娱乐场所、购物中心等公共设施的停车场大都免费。办公楼的停车场一般是收费的。
路边停车的收费标准各个城市和市内区各域都不相同，每15分钟0.25--1美元。
停车场收费相差悬殊。最低的每2小时只收0.25美元；最高的为纽约曼哈顿市中心的停车场，每小时20美元。进场取卡、出场交卡，并支付停车费。
美国城市中心的公园都免费开放，许多公园的停车场不收费，有的公园规定1小时内不收费，从第二个小时起计费。一般城市的停车场收费每小时2美元，但纽约等大城市的停车费就高得惊人，1小时收费10美元算是便宜的。

三、城市路边停车
路边停车通常规定了：什么地方可以停车，什么时间段可以停车，停车时限多长（一般只允许停1至2个小时），收费标准多少，都有严格的规定。违章停车轻者被派罚单，重者可能会被拖车。在纽约市商业区通常最多可停两小时，且高峰期不准停车。
路边停车通常使用停车收费表或称停车计时器parking meter（咪表）自动交费。
已经交费的咪表亮绿色（灯），警察巡逻的频率很高，可能每隔个10分钟到15分钟到他就会回来一次，看停车收费表有没有亮橙红色（或灯）。亮橙红色开罚单。
停车卡或银行卡在停车收费表支付的停车费会打印出收据，将收据放置在驾驶员前面的前玻璃下面，提供警察检查。超过时间照样罚款。
罚款标准也各州不同，一般为50美元—100美元。如果被拖车，纽约处罚是200美元。

四、使用停车收费表parkingmeter自动交费（纽约的咪表是Muni-Meters）
现代的停车收费表一般接受：1/4美元（Quarter）和1美元Dollar硬币（Coins）、该城市的停车卡(Parking Cards)、信用卡(Credit Cards)。
